​Kyle Ingersoll is a Certified Technologist in Molecular Biology MB(ASCP)CM with more than two decades of progressive experience in molecular diagnostics, research and development, and clinical laboratory leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Ferris State University and has built a distinguished career spanning next-generation and third-generation sequencing, real-time PCR, Sanger sequencing, and advanced molecular assay development.  Kyle has led the development and validation of complex genetic tests, directed assay and LIMS implementation projects, and provided technical and administrative leadership within high-complexity laboratory environments. Recognized for his strong analytical expertise, project coordination skills, and commitment to quality, he has also contributed to multiple peer-reviewed scientific publications, reflecting his dedication to advancing molecular science and diagnostic innovation.
